INTERCOOLERCOOL HEADS PREVAIL Race teams at the forefront of their sport know if you want to stay out front, you have to extract the maximum performance out of everything. Extreme measures are taken to ensure a decisive advantage with some teams spending upwards of a $1,000 to shed a single pound. Advantage can be found in the details, and that’s why we have collaborated with Ryan Newman and Team Penske to develop this next generation driver cooling system. It’s lighter, much lighter, and draws less power than the competition: which means it will be faster on the track. The Intercooler is designed to keep you cool and out front, while keeping you safe by being designed from conception to be optimized for carbon monoxide filtration. If you’re looking to beat the heat and stay out front, we have the cooler you need and the facts to back it up. It helped Ryan Newman win eight races in 2003, and we can’t wait to see how it performs for you. Choose the Intercooler by Kustom Komponents

ADVANCED THERMAL DESIGN
We employed the latest in finite element analysis to optimize the thermal efficiency of our design. ISOLATED DRIVER AIR DELIVERY SYSTEM
A calibrated air flow is critical for proper carbon monoxide filtration. Other systems take driver air from a NACA duct source, resulting in more air at faster speeds. Carbon Monoxide filters need controlled air to allow the poison gas to be absorbed by the filter bed. HIGH VOLUME BLOWER
Other systems offer an external feed blower. With our system, it’s built in! ULTRA LIGHT WEIGHT
Weighing in at an impressive 4 lbs, 12 oz., the Intercooler is much lighter than the competitions “fully dressed” units which require additional heat jackets and/or external blowers. INNOVATIVE CYLINDRICAL SHAPE
The Intercooler housing was designed to extract maximum performance from the heart of our unique system, the ultra efficient cool concentrator. INTERCOOLER SPECS
